Breakfast of champions :-)
Started out a little earlier today, around 7:45am. The first few miles of each ride is a like an overture of a Broadway show, where the orchestra introduces you to all the musical themes you will hear throughout the show. In my case I find out what parts of my body will hurt today :-). The funny thing is it's not the same every day, sometimes its the left knee, sometimes its the right hip. Some pains magically go away by the next day. It's never been bad, and I've been able to work around the aches by pedaling less hard on one side...
Scenes along the way...
Rode North out of Cedarburg with Dave, a lovely retired teacher, who told me about his cross country rides and warned me about the winds in the Dakotas:
Lots of action shots again today:
Snapshot: 33 miles, starting at 7:45am and finishing at 11:45am, with 3 hours of actual riding:
Typical school kids breakfast :-). From your camera (your phone) the earth is definitely flat. We are in some kind of heat waves, hope it’s not too bad on your bike route.
Interesting, I wonder what the crop was on that field. The part about the musical overture got me XD The symphony of pain! -Nof
